Subject: Satoshiba: A Peer-to-Peer Meme System
I've been working on a new electronic meme system that's fully peer-to-peer, with no central operator.

The design solves a problem that has been ignored for too long: how can a network preserve an idea when every participant has the attention span of a candle chart?

Main properties:

- peer-to-peer propagation
- public timestamping
- proof derived from computational work
- no trusted hype department
- no roadmap required to verify a block
- one Shiba operating from legacy Japanese hardware
I created Toshiba.
I created Bitcoin.
I'm a Shiba.

The attached paper describes the protocol. Nodes may leave and rejoin the network at will. Degens, historically, cannot.

There is no company, no spokesperson and no explanation for the dog.

“The network can survive packet loss. Whether it can survive group chat is another question.”
